Due to be completed in May 2005 the project has already proved to be a huge success for both the Trust and Kier Health. Performance is currently being measured using the ProCure21 benchmarking toolkit. For example, the project team evaluated the design using NHS Estates Achieving Excellence Design Evaluation Toolkit (AEDET) . Outcomes from the ten sections were tabulated with a maximum score of 6 achieved for the ' urban and social integration ' section which evaluates issues associated with the siting, neighbourliness, community integration and landscaping.

During the construction period the Trust also evaluated the PSCP's performance to events that matter most to the NHS Trust, receiving a client satisfaction score of 8.46 out of a possible 10.

The project is currently forecast to be completed on time and within the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) agreed with the Trust prior to starting the construction works.
