The award was presented by Dennis Leonard, Chief Executive of Constructing Excellence, for the Best Practice category where St Nicholas Hospital Phase One cane 2nd overall of the 7 shortlisted entries. On the presentation of the award, details of the scheme were projected on giant screens to the 600+ guests who gave much applause for the achievement.
